Once you have completed the above, the procedures for acquiring your company are as detailed below:

1.- Election of the company to buy.
2.- Reservation of the company, either by calling 902 15 15 45, or by e-mailing info@rs-sociedadesurgentes.com
3.- Agreeing on the time and place for the formalisation of the deed of sale of the company.
4.- Signature before Notary Public. At this act, you will have to formalise the payment of our fees in cash or by confirmed banker’s cheque, as well as the provision of funds for the processing of the inscription in the Companies’ Registry of the deed of change of administrators and other amendments to the articles of incorporation that are considered appropriate.
